| Coach Karl is a graduate of Bowling Green University, May 1991. He played for three years on Bowling Green University's club team and is still an active USAV player with the Downstate Volleyball Club. Karl's coaching resume includes three winning seasons and a trip to the New York State Girls Independent School Championship with Marymount School (NY). In his first year he would like to continue the winning tradition at The Mount. His devotion, and love for the sport has shined through, and is indeed a winner!. |

| Raymond is a second year player at the Mount who stands tall on a block, serves like a gentleman, and plays like a well learned scholar. In high school on Long Island, Ray helped win two championships for Sachem. Ray has played four of the five years he has been in school. He graduated Suffolk Community College with a liberal arts degree and is now pursuing a B.A. in Communications. Last year, Ray dominated the league as an Opposite Hitter who was just about unblockable. Ray enjoys the company of his new coach and teamates who all have formed a respect for his genuine leadership, good sports conduct and abilities on and off the court. Ray says that though he is leaving after this season, he knows that the new guys will step it up and get the job done. |

| As a four year player at Sachem High School, Matt was a 2-time Varsity Captain, 2 -time Suffolk County Championship winner, 2-time Suffolk County MVP, 2-time All-County player, 2-time All-League player, 4-time MVP, 50time Empire State Volleyball player (2 scholastic, 3 open), and an Outstanding Senior Award winner. He was named Rookie of the Week in Metro Conference, team MVP and 3rd in the nation in ace percentage. As a sophomore, he was team's Most Outstanding Player, 1st All Conference, and the MVP of the NECVA Tournament. "DEZY" makes a solid commitment and gives more than 110% all of the time. |

| Richie came to The Mount without any volleyball experience. His height, quickness, and athletic ability helped him to immediatly take to the game. As a freshman, he finished the season 4th in the nation in blocks and was given the title of most improved player. As a sophomore, he finished the season 2nd in the nation in Kill Percentage and was given the title of hardest worker. Richie contributes a quick powerful offense to the Dolphinesand is always working beyond what is expected. |

| Andrew played for the Long Island Power Junior Olympic Volleyball Club and competed in the Junior Olympic Games in Orlando. He was voted Long Island Volleyball's most improved defensive player, and earned the Exceptional Senior Award for Suffolk County. Andrew expected to be a strong defensive asset as a freshman, but turned out to be much more. He became a weapon in the front row. He was also nominated for rookie of the year and was #12 in the nation in Service Aces. Andrew brings a strong offense, solid digging and a sense of humor to the Dolphins. He also loves Dave Matthews and snorkeling in the Gratto. |

| Rob came to The Mount after one year at George Mason University. He was a seasoned track and field athlete in high school before taking up beach volleyball. Without a high school team to play on, he worked hard and became a starter at the Warren Sixpak Junior Olympic Team in his senior year. He also had to climb through the ranks last season to finish as a starter. He brings the Dolphins experience, defense and quick offense and expects a trip to the NCAA national tournament by the time he graduates. |

| As a four year varsity player at Kellenberg, Mike helped his team to two League Championships, played in the Exceptional Senior Game, and received three defensive player of the year awards. Mike played for the Warren Sixpak Junior Olympic club. This will be his first year playing for the Dolphins due to injuries the past two years. Mike is also a member of the CMSV soccer team. Mike brings depth to the team and always plays big when called upon. He enjoys long walks on the beach, and is president of the Night Rider fan club. |

| At Sachem, Justin was team MVP, played in the Exceptional Senior Game, and made the All Tournament Team at Half Hollow Hills. Justin plays big and has a fierce attack, but it is his integration of passing and defensive skills with hitting that will make him a starter for the Dolphins. Justin also brings a never-give-up attitude and a highly vocal style of play. |

| .Mike comes to the Dolphins without any official volleyball experience. Though high school played hockey competitively and wento on to play junior hockey for two years at Mohawk Vally Community College. Mike has played in several volleyball leagues and with some convincing he became a strong addition to The Mount's team. His willingness to learn and raw athletic ability have made hime into a good setter and formidable defense player. |

| In high school Craig helped his team to City Championships in both Basketball and Volleyball. This year he also played basketball for the Dolphins average 4 poings per game, 1.5 rebounds per game, and 1 steal per game. His is expected to contribute to the upcoming winning season with a strong offense. Craig loves both sports and uses his athletic talent to excel and achieve. Craig is expected to add depth to this already strong team. |

| Keith also comes to the Dolphins
without any prior official volleyball experiences. He was a four year football
player at Curtis, two year Varsity, and he helped take his team to win the Island
Championship. During his three years at The Mount, Keith has been a three year
Varsity soccer player. Keith is a hard worker and great team player who is expected
to add depth to this years team. |
